CUT UP at Lora Reynolds Gallery, Austin, TX

This group of work is called CUT UP because the action of severing and recombining and sometimes intervening and severing that combination is a unifying theme. At and early point these were all cut from something larger ie the roll of photo paper, then processing individually, without knowing how they would end up, where they would end up. Only the passing of time and change of perspective (or pretty basic insight in some cases) brought them together in this way.
